When I give the Ascendent Vampire potion to certain colonist, they end up freezing in place and being unable to move afterwards.

Unable to generate worlds with RimMagic enabled, even as lone mod. Disable RimMagic new worlds generate no problem. Game load console dump available here : https://pastebin.com/HtkW920u

"Could not find a type named TorannMagic.Weapon.Projectile_LightningWand
Verse.Log:Error(String, Boolean)" -- something weird is going on, are you sure it's my mod you've downloaded? I don't have any wands or anything like that.
