Hey,

After you bought it in the store it should automatically start the download. After the download is finished it will show up in the wallpaper selection just like any other wallpaper. If not please check if you subscribed to the wallpaper (big green button above the description / below the screenshots)

Greetings, Dariyo

The download button in Wallpaper Engine normally subscribes for you, but seems to be buggy for you so you have to do it manually.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Click on "Open in Workshop"
  2. Click the big green Subscribe button below the screenshots.
  3. Make sure that it now says "Subscribed"
  4. Steam should now start a Workshop Content Download (The progress will also be visible in Wallpaper Engine).

If after these steps it still has not downloaded the wallpaper please restart both wallpaper engine and steam and try again.

Greetings, Dariyo

Okay thanks for letting me now. Sorry that you have Issues, one last thing that you can try is validating wallpaper engines application cache:

  1. Make sure that Wallpaper Engine is closed (Left click on tray icon -> Quit)
  2. In the Steam Library right click on Wallpaper Engine
  3. Click on Properties
  4. Click on the 'Local Files' Tab
  5. Click on "Verify Integrity of Application Cache"
  6. Wait for steam to finish and then start Wallpaper Engine
