Hey, by clicking 'duplicate' on one of the remaining profiles you can create new ones yourself (you can edit them how you like), so you could recreate the default ones with just a few clicks or make your own unique ones!

However if you really want to have the default profiles back, you would have to delete all profiles manually. For that close the wallpaper then go to: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Dariyo\WaterFlowFull" and delete all files that start with "Profile". Now you can start waterflow and it should have the default profiles again.
