In this context I got another idea (1): you could use your brothel as a political weapon. How? Invite a person you dislike into your brothel 'for a free ride' or something like that and then collect blackmailing material over your courtesans when the person enjoys his/her perversions there. Or else damage his reputation by making his sins public. Not doing so should get you a favor, or at least a fee for 'keeping the secret'. Furthermore double as prospective against bishops as they are supposed to stay clean in the first place. - what a nice intrigue weapon that would be...

Appendix idea (2): Though too tricky to program, I suppose. But I develop the idea anyway here: since a brothel is the place where secrets are told between bed sheats, besides barber shops or the medieval public bathing house (could be a synonyme for brothel as well, depends on the libertinage versus morale degree among locals), I would suggest your courtesans could have a second purpose - to bring political secrets to your ear, as their employer. So it enhances the abilities given to you by your spymaster,by how many and how skilled courtesans you have in your brothel squeezing the dangerous secrets such as assassination plots out of their customers, among drops of other kind... :)

But I have no idea how to implement this. I have just my imagination running wild.

Like in your other mod, about loans, I would recommend a bookkeeping device ingame for our courtisans. So you see who you have in service and how many customers one courtisan handled and how much income that produced per courtisan. The player may find ways to streamline his services thereby, like employing a type of courtisan who is more demanded and successful than others... a good women-men-ratio and such.
Another idea: we could implement a skill based on character traits (like being a satyr) which improves attraction of a courtisan to prospective customers dramatically.
Yet another idea: the possibility to ask courtiers to join your brothel team as courtisan, instead of hiring people from outside. Some may agree, some may get angry at such request or feel humiliated. And the ruler can use it as well for humiliation purposes - people publicly working as prostitutes should get a social disgrace malus in opinion. Even being requested to work there should be a shame for people who uphold a virtue reputation in court.

Noticed something that needs to be fixed. All NPCs in game use your brothels then end up thousands in debt. At first I thought it was just unbalanced and made a tone of money quickly but then Noticed when made the current kings a loaner that all my vassal s and members of court were thousands in debt and when king died turned out the heir was over 4000 in debt. bit game breaking

Would it be possible to stop the prostitutes from being related or adopted into the house meant for the High Septons, it is a little excessive. Is it possible for it to go away? Also, by any chance, would be possible to risk some titles or some of the minor titles from being granted to prostitutes unless their status as a prostitute is finished? All traits are unique to them but it would neat to keep them as prostitues.
