Hey guys I have seen playthroughs with some of the early versions of this mod, and it seems to me that when you capture Paris, France should automatically be turned in to the Vichy city state. However, this doesnt happen when I play the game. Instead of moving the capital to Vichy, France's capital is moved to its second largest city. Similar thing occurs when I captured Warsaw. I am currently building opperation sealion but the description said that it will only be triggered if France surrender, which never happens. Can someone help me?
