I cant attack to russia and it is 1942
i have germany and is 20 july of 1942 and i havent war with russia , is this a bug ? or i have to recruit an operaition

Then it is a bug. War between USSR and Germany starts June 1941. Can you declare war, if you talk with Stalin (Diplo action)?

no , and the pronlem is that i did so well at campaign at fransand balkans , i had so many troops an i am so boring to restart
