Locked vehicles
Hey guys, noob question maybe, I just finished a "armored convoy" mission. And in the misson it says "Destroy or steal".
To the question: How do I actually steal the vehicle?

Gotta damage the vehicle enough that the crew gets out.

Even if the said vehicle is just standing there, not moving? It didnt move or fire at us when we went up to it

They will disembark when they cannot fire. You have to be a bit lucky.
