First of all is it normal that NATO doesn't try to capture back anything we captured. Garissoning unit becomes useless since we get to keep whatever we capture.

Also we did a persistant save and when we came back to the mission, the map situation with things we had under our control was saved. But our Arsenal didn't save, we lost all the stuff we had unlocked.
