A few things that can be fixed.
*Endo head parts need to be attached to the endo head.
*Needs a neck bone and a visible neck.

Otherwise it's a pretty decent model.

Don't forget that the teeth are (lack for a better word) "inisde out".
You can only see the inside of the mesh opposite to the camera.
