Egg incubator can't be crafted (I can lear it, but its not in the craft list)

Hi all... the egg incubator... how does one use it? I can't get eggs to place in it at all....

The incubator won't let me put eggs in it to get down to 1%. I can put re-fertilizer in it and it turns on, so not sure if I'm being a derp or if it's a bug in the item.

I lost my ship ventilators and nav lights. Also gone were cabinets, galley tables, large galley benches and chairs. and everything I had stored in them. I now cannot find the engrams for the fancy bed, sofa, end tables and maps. I know they were removed but how and where do I now craft them?

What happened to the storage cans? The engrams appear to be gone. Also, will there be something to replace the fabricator?
