Report a translation problem
1) Remove the Leeds altogether: it is possible to replace or remove one spawning creature with another (most easy way I have seen is using ARK Server Manager, but it can be done in the config files). There used to be a mod from the creator of Classic Flyers that switched the Leeds target from rafts to Pelagornises, but that is gone if I remember correctly.
2) In the GameUserSettings.ini file for the server there are settings to modify the default settings for advanced rafts and you can adjust a speed multiplier for the rafts that will make it like the motorboat and faster than the Leeds so you should only take the occasional hit or 2. When building rafts like this it is also a good idea to put many lower end structures one or two walls high off the base fo the raft as these pieces are treated as thatch and will take damage with the raft and just go poof.
3) Some players put turreted dilophosaurs on the back of their raft to slow Leeds down. Haven't tried this myself and I don't know how turret restrictions and turret mode interacts with each other.

It seems that their only purpose in being added to the game was to stop people from doing anything cool with rafts. They messed up the ability to carry large dinos on rafts then when people where still having fun with rafts they added Leedsichys. See if people can have a movable base, it won't be as much grind.
