Anti-leeds config option isn't working

We set the config options previously and the leeds would happily flail away at the rafts but cause no damage. However it seems that something has changed. I just tested and a L raft is being damaged.

Same here!

Using:
[[AdvRaftSettings]]
RaftModifiers=True
MetalRafts=True

(Tried both single and double square brackets at the first line, as someone suggested at another thread)
And still those big mean fish mercilessly chomp my fancy L-size raft.
