RimWorld updates 0.19

1. lavish meal skill requirement reduced from 10 to 8
2. survival meal ingredient requirement reduced from 0.5 to 0.3 (4 survival meal recipe requires 1.2)
3. survival meal work requirement reduced to 450 (was 1400!! mod is now 1575)
4. pemmican product amount reduced to 16 (was 18, mod produces 64 now)
5. kibble work requirement increased to 450 (was 300, mod is now 1575)

Mod-specific updates
1. allow creating 4 simple meals or 4 stacks of pemmican at campfires

I think the change for the survival meals from 1400 to 450 is a typo on Ludeon's part, but I pushed with this version so until they fix the typo, that's where it's going to be. Tbh I hope it stays this way bc I didn't see a reason to take survival meals over pemmican due to the really high work cost.
