I have captured many different prisoners and all of them say they can be recruited on the spreadsheet but I dont actually get any dialogue with them. Nothing prompts, I cant right click and talk to them, its just the same old options. They dont curse at me or do anything but just stand there and go hungry. Is there a time frame as to when it occurs? Is there something I am doing wrong? I am using the prisoner cage in the interior options but nothing.
