Best grunts to recruit for my funny army?

I personally have been recruiting ninjas because they take the least amount of effort to recruit and are free.

Dust bandits are good for recruits in the 20 stat ranges.

Starving if you want easy cannon fodder and you dont care about them coming back.

Apparently drifters are recruitable but i've never been able too.

Alternatively you can also recruit swamp ninjas for 30 to 40 stats, but im still figuring out what their method is, its a very long talk chain.
