As far as i know, i have no other mods that affect recruiting or even prisoner management in any way. If i capture a broken skeleton, i get the correct dialogue options the first time i talk to it (Nihongo, Common English, etc) If i fail once talk to it again, i get an option to replace a broken light and i immediately recruit the skeleton in question without any trouble.

I honestly have no idea why. Can someone help here? This is really bugging me.
