My suggestion would be a German Translation.
Having everything said in german and suddenly there is an english text appearing which does not fit at all or english mixed with german. That's very eyebreaking.

If you do attempt to make a german translation I wouldn't recommend using google translator since it does not translate the sentences properly and mixes them up alot so they don't make any sense.
