Soldiers blocking skills on rank up
I have since unistall end the tool box because of many bugs but decided to try and keep the perk pack mod at least but now I'm having issues with this mod too. When a soldier ranks up, I can't pick my new skill because the soldier is blocking he skill tree lol. This is only on the after mission avenger screen when they walk off the avenger. Going into the barracks and ranking them up individually works ok tho.

I was noticing this as well, and it only happened when I got this mod. Friendly soldiers, on the sides of the one you're trying to promote, will block parts of the screen where the skill tree is or the other where the general statistics of the trooper is shown. Most of the time it is both windows being blocked by neighboring soldiers.
I resorted to promoting my soldiers in the barracks for now until this particular bug is fixed. This mod does a lot to improve class roles and options so I'm still going to keep it on.
