Aberrant dinos won`t spawn

We had replaced all non aberrant creatures to aberrant, and some of them never respawned. We did it through ASM. Is there any solution? Example : Never seen aberrant anky, ovis, raptor etc.
Note: some of aberrant creatures placed by map creator still remain: ravager, stegos,parasur, etc
