Ark Server Manager - Volcano
I can not get this map to run. I have downloaded the mod - placed it into the first slot set the name of the map as TheVolcano then under server arg i added -ModMapID=715028562
I keep getting this error no matter what i do. Any suggestions ?

I don't think this is true, the map has been working fine for me for about a year now.

In the server arg field put "ActiveEvent=None" (without the quotes) This can be changed during active events to have them take place on your server.

The mod path needs to be entered in the "Map Name or Map Mod Path" field. Mine looks like "/Game/Mods/715028562/TheVolcano" (without the quotes)

Edit: also it seems that you do not need the mod ID number for The Volcano in your list of mod IDs, having the mod path in the Map Mod Path field seems to be enough. At least it is not in my list but I installed it over a year ago so details may or may not be a bit foggy ;)
