Went and did it with a bunch of friends and heres what we found out. You can unpod gigas for the cave and overseer part, need to cryo them for the teleport but can unpod as soon as you're at the overseer bit of the cave. after the fight, your dinos will be in the air at approx 40 lat 40 lon. above the river really high up.
