Despite this mod being very small, install errors can always occur with every mod.
I am talking about corrupt files.
Also there is the possibilty another mod has this problem which makes another mod not fuction well.

You can try and follow these steps:

unsubscribe, delete the 703724165 folder in your Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods,
delete the 703724165 folder in Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\346110
and delete the contents of Steam\SteamApps\workshop\downloads
after that restart steam and re-subscribe to this mod, let it download and start ark. wait for ark to install the mod, you ll see it in the upper right corner, but this mod is so small you probably won't see the message.
Close Ark.
in steam go to your games and right click on ark, choose properties, under local files (I think??) there should be a button like verify integrity or something. press that. wait for it.
start up ark, wait, and close ark.
shutdown server
Delete, then upload the 703724165 folder and 703724165.mod to your server in the content/mods folder.
start server.

Now you have done everything to make shure you have the correct files.
If that still isn't helping, you have another mod not installed correctly, so repeat these steps for all mod on the server, somethimes, an install error on one mod can cause issues with another mod.
