How to add a new City for Depth-Duration-Frequency Data
The mod comes with depth duration frequency data for
Boise. Idaho. USA
Las Vegas. Nevada. USA
Seattle. Washington. USA
San Francisco. California. USA
Los Angeles. California. USA
Orlando. Florida. USA
Houston. Texas. USA

You may notice that I used periods instead of commas. Because the file is comma separated it is very important that you do not use commas in any of the names.

Data for the continental US is available from NWS[www.nws.noaa.gov]

You can add your own Depth-Duration-Frequency Data as long as you match the format of the others.
1. First exit the game.
2. The mod adds a file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\RFDepthDurationFrequnecy.csv on most computers. Open this file in excel. If you don't have excel you can also use a text editor, but it will be much harder to work with.
3. Scroll down and below the data for Houston Enter the name of your city in the first cell
4. Then the name of the depth curve in the cell to the right of that cell
5. Now proceed to the next line and put in the depths for a 1-year storm frequency for a 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, and 24 hour storm durations in their own cells.
6. Now repeat that in the next line for 2 year
7. Then 5 year
8. Then 10 year
9. Then 25 year
10. Then 50 year
11. Then 100 year
12. Save and exit the file.

If you start the game with the file still open the mod will crash.
If you didn't enter your values correctly the mod may crash. Sorry I'm not sure if it will work or not if you don't enter it correctly.

Good Luck!
