(I think the 20% protection, would be like a headshot would deal 124 damage, probably 17.5% as a "hidden" stat)

Ohhhh .. . I see.
my idea was to not let the sentry gain any extra health from being wrangled, because i thought it already had +50% hp we all know how the mini sentry gets. :D here my other ideas

+50% Buildign Health
+Skips Level One Sentry
-30% Construction Rate
-10% Running Speed While Hauling
-Costs 45 More Metal To Construct
I think of something like this:
+20% damage to invisable or dead ringered spies
+50% metal
+level 3 sentrys reload their rockets X2 times faster
+50% more sapper resistence on all of the buildings(for red-tape recorder 30% slower deupragede process)

-no teleport
-sentry bulled fireing speed -30%
-buildings get stuned for 2 seconds after removing sapper(1 second for dispenser(he whont heal while ''stuned''))
-dispenser is white painted and can heal enemys

Hope you like mine idea, I put a lot of time thinking how can I support this amazing engineer weapon. I hope when it gets added(if it gets)that this stats will be used because I love engineer and I whant more unique weapons for him! :steamhappy::steamfacepalm:

Point taken, but I have a better idea.
Looking at the design it looks like a tool that tights the bolts better so why not:

- 25% build speed
Buildings have 50% more health
Sentries have 25% less firing speed
Teleporters take 20% more time to activate
Dispensers give -10 metal

Borderline 5 stats, but it's better than the last...I think.
How to abuse this to the brim- use jag, build, replace to this. Enjoy a >300 HP sentry that is pretty much a wall.

The idea is not bad in itself. But the size of those stats is way too extensive. Besides, this design lacks spark.

If I were to reorganise this, though, I would go with:
While active:
-10% swing speed
Buildings gain 10% damage resistance (equivalent of 11% more health and effective healing)

Probably there are better design cores over sich options though.
No actually because once you have one wrench you can't switch to another making it impossible for this too work while you can still switch it destroys the sentry you had before sooo.....yeah not happening.
and my suggestion

+20 move speed
+50 attack speed (it looks kinda light)
-50 damage (again looks kinda light)
-10 sapper removal (the fact that it looks like a bolt tightening wrench and wouldn't easily pick off a sapper)
Here is a suggestion
-50% more repair for buildings
-Only 1 hit to remove sappers
-Uses 50 metal instead 25 per upgrade
-20% slower swing speed
-25% metal consumption for repair

Lmfao, when was the last time you played this game? Only switching to or from a Gunslinger destroys something, and only the sentry at that.

I like the idea of not being able to move the building after it was placed.
50% faster construction speed,10% faster firing speed,no random critical hits,-30% repair rate,and 40% upgrade rate.
