Civilian Trade

an advanced suggestion thanks for reading in advance
so i played a few games with this mod and I would like to give an advanced suggestion with some way of explaining each part of it.

first the amount of trade fleet should tied to each planet depending on the main planetary building.
0 trade ships from the reassembled ship shelter.
1 trade ship from the planetary administration.
2 trade ships from the planetary capital.
4 trade fleets from the empire capital-complex.

then although i like the current policy that decides what resource you trade in you entire empire I would prefer to see different types of traders:
Tankers = energy traders gives the normal energy buff
Freighters = mineral traders gives the normal mineral buff
Habitabilty ships = food trader gives the normal food buff
Slave ships = well its a slave trader it gives a boost to production from slaves

then each trade ships type should be decided by the stats on the planet they spawn on.

For example if a planet produces more food then any other resource it would have a high chance of spawning a trade fleet that trades food.
if a planet doesn't produce any energy it has no chance to spawn an tanker.
Slave ships spawn chance depends on the amount of slave population of the plantes they spawn on.

thanks again for reading.

for the dev: love your mod do with it what ever you want. I would love it if you implement some of my suggestions. thanks anyway.
