Update : Support for version 1.5.1 Utopia, complete rewrite of the old mod due to modding changes implemented by Paradox. All in all I think its for the better as the mod has more punch now, let me know of any bugs in the Bugs discussion page.

Updated to patch 2.0.4 beta, let me know of any bugs,
Separated War Exhaustion changes to file called "enWE_defines.txt" inside the mod under "EnhancedAI/common/defines" , just delete the file for those who do not want this change, will not cause any issues.
