Autobuild Localisation
If anyone can help maintain current localisations or make new, feel free to edit this googe doc.

Also outdated cells marked with "this line was changed, fix text pls" coment. Its mean this cells chould be adjucted to current english cell.

OK - new lines are translated. And some minor mistakes corrected. "Kreislaufinstitut" is the correct one - found it in the horizon language file.
