Don't change too much.
I like the idea of refreshing this hat even tho I don't even own one but let's be honest... new model doesn't looks too good. This isn't my business but oh well... keep the old model, and DON'T rotate it, that's how it's supposed to be. New size and model look's like the bootleg version of this hat. Please guys for the sake of TF2 hat history, if you want to refresh the model, just smooth out some polygons or don't change anything at all. Texture's doesn't need to be changed since with all paint's they are all right. Im not hating on your idea since it will be perfect hat for medic and pyro but new model is really what bugs most of the people, besides bright texture's.

he didn't use the colors that is within tf2 if you read the comments he talks about it. also hes using the original model from when he first designed it valve changed the model because this hat was originally a uncle sam hat. he stated that if valve emails him back and gives him the ok he will update the textures / polys.

I agree with descension. The top looks too short on new model. Old size all the way.

Big changes just add style option style 1 old style style 2 new style etc
On the screenshots the dapper is mounted backwards, this will clip a lot less probably with misc but i do think the old orientation should remain avaible which can be done thru styles.

I'm sure any model maker would rather hear back first from valve before even making any big changes that require lot of work.
