How to setup drone AI

How to setup drone AI? i am very confused

First you need to spawn a drone, then press C to bring the player menu, right click on the drone and press "Upgrades" and there you select the upgrades you want.

This may be late, but to get a drone with ai, spawn a drone and grab the wrench weapon (from this addon), leftclick on the drone and select the ai options you want.

I STILL DONT GET IT I PRESS LMB ON THE DRONE WITH THE WRENCH I GET A MENU WITCH SHOWS REPAIR PROPELLORS AND REMOVE MODULES SO NO F***** AI THING NOTHIN ABOUT IT SO TELL ME WHAT IM DOING WRONG
