The hell is “Modder Pack 8”?

So, this mod will load the first few assets and whatnot fine. Then, it tries to load something called “Modder Pack 8”. When it does, it freezes, and eventually crashes. The ♥♥♥♥ is Modder Pack 8? And why does it cause the game/mod to just give up existence?

its a dlc or content creator pack

Looking for it on Google brings up a dlc, it also brings up a Reddit thread in which there's a comment that says to verify your files & that seemed to work for the OP.
