So I am confused, this save was working and then I installed this mod (after hearing it could cure my 10 min of loading time) and this what happened, it loaded really fast, then loaded my save like this, now my save seems to be broke with it, could I get some help, as this is the message that showned. Also, when I leave the save, it take a ver long time to load. (I got 196 stuff installed but it removed everything, including base game stuff.

Message error:

( Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException] Details: No details )

I have a similar issue. I get this error while on loading screen, on "simulation" field, at 0:48, and my screen becomes kind of 80% blank (with an orange color).

The report points only to missing assets and, as it is said there, they shouldn't break the game.

"Simulation (failed) Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is a generic error message. It just means "something is wrong with the game".

However, the message tells us the problem is with the simulation aspect of the game, meaning the code that simulates the city. Typically, some obsolete or not-up-to-date simulation mod causes it. I recommend checking traffic mods first. The standard procedure is to disable mods until the game works. Also test with NewGame, not just LoadGame.

Your output_log.txt may give some clues. Look for "Simulation error".

If you have RICO buildings that are not enables but not deleted, delete them. Specific king leno (and other people) assets are known to break RICO and the problems with RICO are known to cause ( Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException] Details: No details )
