Using mount.cfg is alternative to missing INS2 option in GM main menu and in general its great tool that is worth learning to use it.
I agree that there is incredible amount of place holders, but core mechanics should be working without needing any major changes. Basically, only things left to change are individual weapons and attachments stats (damage, recoil, spread, mults) and few internal systems that should really impact common users. Few minor bugs such as stuck holster/sprint animations should be wiped in near future.
Everything was done as jankily as was required and nothing works perfectly. Only some guns function without any attachments.
Do I have to upload footage to prove it to you?
This looks like incredibly aggressive addon conflict. Do other CW2 sweps work fine for you?
gimmi
Yes, pretty much every other CW2.0 gun works 100% fine.
I will upload footage of the issues when I find the time to record.

Explain this then.
Make sure you dont have any INS2 model pack from GMod workshop, you need original files from Insurgency install folder. Make sure you check other CW2 addons you have for containing outdated INS2 models as that happens quite a lot.

DO NOT have this addon installed or you will experience the issues I was having here:

No wonder it was causing conflicts.
The mod author should rename his files and put them somewhere else.
