Could you put a radio static over the voice so he sounds like he is saying it over a radio like the rest of the voices in the game.

That is something I will be doing with all my mods, however it isn't a top priority right now. First I want to get all my mods complete and then I will release a separate mod for each pack which will have this radio effect over the voice.

The reason why it will be a separate mod is so people can choose between whichever version they prefer. I myself don't care for the radio effect (in my eyes 'realism' shouldn't be an issue when you're using Clint Eastwood or Bob Ross to shoot up aliens) and several players around here have echoed this, that's why I want to keep both available.
