Still Not Functioning?
I have enabled both this and the AGOT mod, and this mod has no effect.

If you read through the description I have added an explanation of the problem, and a work-around.

I have nVidia GeForce. My game folders can't be accessed. Or at least I don't know how. Surely there is some way I can just play. It's crazy because I see "Westeros and The Free Cities" on my 'Mods' section. It's just I cant launch the game with it checked off. And when I do launch the game with it unchecked, I see it under the 'Mods' tab again as "Inactive" and I'm able to 'Manage' it and accept terms and agreement etc. But yeah I've yet to actually play it.
