I think the stats should be that if you are crouched, you are half invisible, but if you get shot, a little blue light shows up on the watch like from Metro Last Light. You can only activate the watch by crouching, and it is a moving watch.

The description says that it's just a dead ringer skin. Did you even read it?

they read it, some people just enjoy thinking of stats for weapons they see, theres no problem with that, its only annoying if the stat ideas are idiotic, these ones are ok

I think it looks like a speedometer, so you should move faster whilst you're cloaked.

Its from an existing game where if i remenber correctly it was to show how well hidden you were (light level) and how much time you had before you had to replace the filter on your gas mask

-Uncloaking drains 15% of cloak meter

+ Silent Decloak
+Internalised Bleed/ Jarate / Water / Fire (Still take damage, just not visibly)

-Can not disguise. Period. No YER, no kit, nothing
