+30% bullet spread (after the 1 perfectly accurate one)
+50% longer recovery rate to get back to it's 1 perfectly accurate shot

+20% fire rate
+10% reload speed
10% chance to jam which it takes 2 secs to unjam

Thing is tho, with jamming, who's gonna use a weapon that jams avery 10 shots, no matter how fast the fire-rate. All the fire rate increase actually does is make the jams arrive faster.

Thing is right, if you wanted to make it realistic, you'd have to say this:

1 shot will at least seriously maim, if not kill
Headshot= 90% death chance

Can jam occasionaly, jam rate increased when wet.

But the reason we don't have stats like that is because that would make the game very very serious. TF2 isn't a realistic or serious game, where by jumping and shooting the floor with a rocket launcher, you can fly.


Maybe though, just maybe:

+30% bullet spread (after the 1 perfectly accurate one)
+50% longer recovery rate to get back to it's 1 perfectly accurate shot
Each shot there is a 2% chance to jam, when you are wet, it increases to 15%.

+40% fire rate
+10% reload speed

STATS

100% more accurate
10% slower firing speed
10% slower reload speed
5% more damage
10 less heath on user.
