How about this:

+10% Ubercharge on hit
+Crits on headshot
+30% damage
+50% projectile speed
-50% primary ammo
-This weapon deploys 50% slower
-One shot in a clip
-25% longer reload time
-Projectile has gravity drop

This weapon will grant a regenerative healing buff for 5 seconds when you hit a friendly player with it. This healing is the same as the Medi Gun healing rate.

basically a re-skin of the crusader's crossbow but -50% damage penalty since the needle is so small....what kinda damage do you expect it to do?

fun fact: w/ this stats you would need about 66hits (wo/ crits and mini-crits) to completely fill your übercharge

bullets of this weapon have got speed of sniper's bow
+ on hit makes the bleeding or jarate effect
+ if shoot in ally, disactive bleeding, jarate, mad milk (all of effects)
- only one shot per clip
- only 16 clips

PROS:
+50% accuracy
+25% projectile speed
CONS:
-only shoots semi auto
-has 3 rounds only
-projectiles can be airblasted
should just be a reskin
