Dino Colours changing every restart?

Anybody else noticing their tames change colours from time to time after a server restart? For instance we had a red and yellow tamed Thylacoleo, just had a server restart and now its all yellow and brown?! Also birthed a Green and purple Equus, who is now a black and purple Equus....

Is this a bug or what?

Have you changed the mod load order? Sounds like it's not in first place anymore.
