Hey, I've never had an issue with BT and have always been able to resolve problems myself, but recently for some odd reason Government Reforms in old and new save files simply aren't there and don't work and are entirely unclickable. You can go into the tree after being prompted to select a new reform, but none of the options are physically there and there is no graphic to click on. The strange thing is that this started happening about a week ago when I noticed, in a campaign I already had reforms done in, that this all happened after an update from the EU4 Steam Workshop had happened in my downloads for mods. Everything else works perfectly normal, it just sucks not being able to utilize any reforms in any playthroughs anymore.
