Italian Special Forces Teams in Afghanistan ( Vegecam, a commercial variation of standard Vegetato )

Corrected Swiss Alpenflage

Color 1: 9
Color 2: 72

The colors listed in the picture are 9, 0.
The colors on the soldier are 9 and 72 ( or something very similar )

Swiss TAZ 90, Replacing Alpenflage in 1990.

Current standard cammo for the Swiss armed forces

The colours for this pattern was chosen by the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule in Zürich to suit the common natural surroundings found in Switzerland

Issued exclusively to the National Police Samodzielny Pododdzial Antyterrorystyczny Policji (SPAP), The Polish police anti-terror unit.

Pattern: German Flecktarn

Color 1: 56
Color 2: 56 ( Yes...56 in both colors, not a typo :steamhappy: )

Better Polish Pantera ( In my opinion, not necessarily right. I think the 29,84 is too red.)

Hungary

Standard Army Cammo ( M1990 )

Pattern : Irish Paddyflage ( Not a fantastic match, but Hungary uses its own variation of the M81 woodland pattern. This was the best fit IMHO )
