With the introduction of the TAC Mask to this mod it has made me wonder, what of the viability of neck props?

As I think something like a tactical radio that straps around your neck like so:

Would be a neat thing to see, other neckwear like neclaces or dog tags would likewise be interesting. So how viable is it in regards to the XCOM models?
