mod does not seem to work anymore

I'm not sure what happened, but the mod isn't working, right clicking the portrait does not bring up any options i know to be part of the mod, nor does the decisions menu show up anything for the mod. I'm not sure what happened, but something has happened.

It's not even downloading anymore on my system, can't for the life of me figure out what's gone wrong or how to fix it.
