i got a bug to start egg n poop collector

I stopped one for breeding dimorph eggs and after breeding when I want to start it again it seems nopower and I put 5 outlets near it with 1 foundation distance but it seems nopower also, I locate another egg n poop also but it seems unpower too :|
how can I fix this in my base?
