NEED HELP PLEASE

My egg collector is switched on, no filter enabled, and it is not collecting any Archatina Paste?
Anyone know what could be the problem?

Dreaminway has ARK: Survival Evolved

It never collects the paste. I've tried every setting, picking up and replacing down, and it just don't.

Makes me glad s+ added their own collector. I can set it to only paste and it gets so much of it from my 9 snales. But yeah this def needs to get fixed.
