That one requires larger footprints, not sub buildings enabler.

Hello guys, I've recently created an asset which also uses this mod. It's principle use in my asset is to allow it to be both a University and a Metro station at the same time:

I hate to comment here but I truly applaud all the modders out there for delivering such amazing content. And I am glad that I subbed this discussion. Hope more people make assets with this mod.
