OH and Badass dinos are not spawning

Have you spawned them in before?

Your 2nd comment, do you mean wild spawns?

Is this your first time using the mod, or have you used it before? (Not trying to be rude, just seeing if it's a simple mistake being made or if it's likely the mod itself.)

What exactly are you typing into the command chat to attempt to spawn a dino? (I assume you know how, as the way you phrased it seems you can spawn regular dino's.)

i fixed it for some reason it was bugged i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it seemed to work fine so im not sure what the problem exactly was

Make sure you have put setcheatplayer true into the command chat if singleplayer, or enablecheats <password> if a multiplayer server.

For the first command you mentioned you have to type
cheat summon Ptero_Character_BP-Badass-Poison_GNS_C

do NOT use quotations or it will not work.

To use the 2nd command (which summons a specific level) type
cheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/Genesis/Dinosaurs/Ptero/Badass/Poison/Ptero_Character_BP-Badass-Poison_GNS.Ptero_Character_BP-Badass-Poison_GNS'" 1 1 1 124

in this case you do use quotations. It should work then.
