To tame?
You need to kill a Primal Wyvern to get a token. Use that token on a normal Wyvern to instant tame it.

Think you can also try Silver Treats (Not tested that myself)

well the guide says it´s meat but i gave him meat, pryme meat, fish, prime fish, babyfood, berrys, cooked meat, cooked prime meat, kibble etc. and nothing worked pretty simple huh?

You get them from killing and loot/harvesting Silver Zombie Dodo's on carno island

Silver treats don't work anymore as they now have a 5 min CD.

As i said, I havent tested those yet on wyverns. But the patchnotes say:
"ITEMS
★ Reduced the cooldown of Silver Treats to 5 minutes (instead of 30)"

Doesnt that mean that the cooldown is actually reduced (by a lot)? so should work better?

They still don't work. The five minutes is still long enough for the taming bar to drop from 80% to 0.

You are confusing Drakes and Wyverns.You can tame Drakes (smaller dragons with elemental buffs) by knocking them out and feeding them prime meat or regular meat.

Wyverns cannot be tamed by feeding them meat or anything really (their food will not drop), to tame a Wyvern you will need to kill the Primal Dragon which will drop a Wyvern Insignia in your inventory, after receiving this insignia you can go knock out a Wyvern and place the insignia into its inventory to tame it.The same goes for the DodoRexy,Araneo Broodmother and Megapithecus i.e. you'll need to kill each's primal version first and get the Insignia.

so how am i supposed to kill a primal wyvern without any wyverns? do i need like 100 fire drakes or what?

get a few ice drakes and a few fire drakes, I did it with 2 ice and 4 fire and it took it down without any losses

Ummm the mod is supposed to be played with friends on multiplayer PVE, three people on max leveled fire drakes can take out a Primal Dragon with ease.Now if you're playing singleplayer like me, I'll recommend you to buff perlevelstats on dino health and melee damage by the factor of 2 or at the least of 1.5 to be competitive in the mod.

I killed one solo with a single Firedrake (max level, 4k damage)
I play on the Center map, lured the Primal into the Center floating island cave so it could not fly up. Was an easy kill from there
