Glowing eyes

I loaded all of the models,but the eyes wont glow like in the picture. Theres no skin or setting for the eyes, so how to change the eyes?

in the picture only one eye is glowing and so it means that the photo might be edited to make it glow.tell me if this answers your question.

to make them glow you have to spawn a light then put it right against the pupil then when you export the image it should look like its glowing.
