I need help how to change the Octoling's hair.

if you mean a hair down octoling right click on it go to sequence then do hair down1 or 2 then click ok or something

when i change the hair the eyebrows Are gone how can i fix this?

I was able to get rid of the hair and keep the eyebrows by shrinking the joint root bone in the hair(It shrinks all the tentacles at the same time)
