Stats
My stats:
+15% faster weapon switch
+backstabbed body can be used as a shield if picked up within 5 seconds after stab (body can be picked up with middle mouse)
-no cloaking while holding body
-35% slower movement speed while holding a body

Using a shield would be useful if you had to take out a target in a large group of people. It can be hard to take out a particular person in a large group of people, eccspecialy when the other team is paranoid. Having these stats would make those situations easier.

how about you look like them and they take damage as a alt fire but no one can see you but makes a very loud de cloak and you are more vunreable after the shield is gone
oh also they don't die if turned into shield

i think
+100 firing speed
dead bodys evaporate quickly (faster version of cow mangler)
able to disguise as buildings
does no damage unless backstabbing
disguise almost instantly

just saying. they wouldnt bother to put a near excact replica in the game.

On backstab: immune to critical hits for 4 seconds
0.5 sec slower cloaking time

immune to criticals? that isn't really that usefull due to the rarity in normal gamemodes
